OLBRY Custom Hats is focused on hand-blocked, hand-shaped Western and statement hats made one at a time. Some builds are clean and traditional. Others lean distressed, outlaw and rock-and-roll.
Every hat starts as a raw felt body and is shaped, finished, sanded, stiffened, trimmed and detailed by hand. The long-term focus is premium rabbit, rabbit/beaver blend and beaver felt customs.
OLBRY was founded by an Army veteran and heart transplant survivor with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, individuality and making every opportunity count.
Based in the Richmond, Virginia area, OLBRY offers in-person consultations for customers across Central Virginia. Local clients can sit down face-to-face to talk fit, felt, crown, brim, bands, hardware and the overall character of their one-of-one hat.
